Welcome to TronLedger. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and software available at tronledger.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Read-only tracker. TronLedger reads public on-chain data for the TRON wallet addresses you add. We never ask for and never store your private keys or seed phrases. We cannot move your funds.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@tronledger.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.
TronLedger lets you add public TRON wallet addresses to your account, view their balances and transactions, and produce accounting and reporting outputs. The Service relies on the public TRON blockchain and on third-party data sources, and we make no guarantee about the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of on-chain data.
The Service is provided as a tool for organizing and reviewing on-chain information. It is not investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Paid access is offered through subscription plans (currently "Pro" and "Business"), available on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Pricing and features for each plan are shown on the pricing page.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged for the selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Renewal charges are made at the then-current price for your plan and billing cycle. We will notify you in advance of any material price change.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing screen inside the app or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
Except where required by law (including statutory consumer rights in the European Union and similar regimes), payments are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@tronledger.com and we will review your request in good faith.
Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases. Lemon Squeezy collects and remits applicable VAT and sales taxes where required. Your transaction is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies.
Prices shown on the pricing page may exclude applicable taxes. Where Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record, taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing location.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the wallet labels, notes, and other content you add to your account ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to add the wallet addresses you track to your account.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TronLedger and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated.
The Service uses third-party services including Cloudflare (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (optional sign-in), and TronGrid / TRON network nodes (on-chain data). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that on-chain data displayed will be accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the disclaimers above apply only to the extent permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TronLedger and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TronLedger from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) Your Content, including the wallet addresses you add to the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal or financial risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree that the courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TronLedger regarding the Service. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
